C.J.’s style of training focuses on high level ball handling, footwork, and various finishing techniques, catered to each individual’s skill set. Once coupled with game-time decision making drills and fundamental teachings that will build basketball IQ, player’s game packages are elevated to a new level. C.J. works to ensure that each individual’s workout is harder than the game and that each workout is uncomfortable, all while applying pressure to one’s skill set to turn coal into a diamond.
